New Residential Services: What is needed?

  • Completed Application
  • $25.00 non-refundable Application Fee
  • Deposit due at the time of service-$120.00 for Renters and $90.00 for Active Duty Military or Homeowners.
  • Lease, rental agreement or ownership papers
  • Copy of the Certificate of Occupancy --housing inspection.
  • Everyone over the age of 18 must sign the application and provide a Driver's License or State ID.

  • Cash
  • Credit Cards in the office (We can not accept credit cards over the phone)
  • Checks or Money Orders
