Hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, CST.We are decentralized and all departments are involved in the purchasing process for their individual needs. The Purchasing Office is responsible for overseeing purchasing activities throughout all of the various departments within the City. This includes the procurement of supplies, materials, equipment and services, contractual and non-contractual, on an as-needed or annual basis.
Our goal is to acquire goods and services at the lowest possible cost, consistent with the specified quality. The primary objective being to obtain the maximum value in quality and service for every taxpayers dollar by fair and competitive means.
