	Directory


	Only qualified electors of the municipality, at least 25 years of age and who have resided in the City for at least one year immediately prior to closing of filing period of his/her election by the council to fill a vacancy, shall be qualified for the office of mayor or councilperson. Councilpersons shall also reside within the wards for a period of one year at the time of their election.
